This website is operated by us. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

Products

All products are made to order. Product images are representative; because items are produced individually, small variations in finish, engraving and packaging are normal and are not defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse any order, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed; if we do, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel.

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the shipping address you have supplied is correct and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

We may cancel an order if it appears fraudulent, if the product is unavailable, or if the order was placed at an incorrect price.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and replacements are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free. If you find something wrong, please tell us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
