Before you write

• Where we ship: the United States only.
• How long it takes: about 5–10 business days — 3–5 to make your piece, 2–5 in transit. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
• If something is wrong: send a photo and your order number within 30 days. We remake it free and you do not need to send anything back.
