Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, however many items you buy.

Shipping is free on orders of $95 or more. The $95 is measured on your order total after any discount has been applied, not before. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Each piece is made to order, so there are two stages: production takes 3 to 5 business days, and transit takes a further 2 to 5 business days. Total delivery time is roughly 5 to 10 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend begin production the next business day.

Holiday periods

Carriers slow down in late November and December. If you are ordering as a Christmas gift, please allow extra time and order early. We will publish a Christmas cut-off date on this page closer to the season.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of that email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
