The necklace

Is it real gold?
No. It has a 14K gold-plated finish (white) or an 18K gold-plated finish (yellow). It is not solid gold. The stone is a 6.5mm cubic zirconia, not a diamond.

What is it made of?
Stainless steel with a gold-plated finish. Stainless steel can contain nickel, so if you have a nickel allergy, please contact us before ordering.

How long is the chain?
It is an adjustable cable chain, 18 to 22 inches, with a lobster clasp. The pendant is about 0.85 inches tall and 0.7 inches wide.

Can I change the words on the card?
No. Each message is written by us and printed in advance. That is the idea: the words are already there. Choose the message that fits your moment.

Ordering and delivery

How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then 2 to 5 business days in transit, so about 5 to 10 business days in total. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Carriers slow down in late November and December, so please order early. We will post a Christmas order cut-off date on this page closer to the season.

Can I send it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. It arrives gift-boxed with the printed card already inside, so there is nothing to wrap.

How much is shipping?
A flat $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $95 or more after any discount. Buy two or more pieces and save 10%.

Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, for now.

If something is wrong

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
We replace it free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You do not need to send anything back.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, because every piece is made individually after you order. If production has not started, we can cancel and refund you in full, so contact us as soon as possible.
